I'm single & available(Ha Ha) with quite a sense of humour!
I manage this property myself and provide immediate redress to any problems arising during your visit. Within allowable time constraints of course.
In my mid - 50s, I'm an avid fisherman and have actively participated in almost every sport known to man. This explains the abundance of sporting equipment available for use at our (I have two grown kids) property.
I live downstairs in a self-contained Granny Flat, under the rental property, which makes assistance immediately available to you should you need it.
The only facility we SHARE is the Laundry & Washing Machine.
You'll find I'm very accommodating and eager to please. You are most WELCOME here!
