We live in the Antilles since 2001, and to Saint Martin since 2005. We propose housing to rented Saint Martin furnished in the year, and we were avid to propose the new seasonal rented properties. We can propose you 4 units : Caribbean Salt (2 bedrooms/2bathrooms), Sea & Salt (1 bedroom), Salt & Sun (1 bedroom) and Salt Beach (1 bedroom). They are behind Kakao, close to Alamanda Resord and The Village. There is a pool, a private parking place, and a direct access to the beach. Everything is possible by walking distance : restaurants, bars, grocery store, bakery, shops, beach of course ...
The names of our units have "SALT", they are our initials: Stan (our young son), Arnaud, Laure and Thibaut (our old son).
