I'm a full time engineer and a faculty member at Devry University long beach California.
This villa is my retirement plan and I rent it for families use and trusted people to spend quite time and enjoy the clean weather and lovely culture in Morocco. It has a low foot print. I’m very selective on my guests.
I live in Long Beach California and I have a caretaker who watches after the Villa. He is nice man and very accommodating and trustworthy. His name is Brahim. We like to share our culture and Berber heritage and Akfmanan is where my Mom's Family from and we lived in this area for 250 years. We grow grapes, fish, and protect the environment. The rent money contributes to the maintenance of the villa and pays for the local services and to help promote local economy.
