My husband and I always wanted a home with an ocean and Bay view, plus all on one level, automatic garage door, lovely neighborhood. This is our "retirement" home for some day as we both still work, in spite of being "seniors". It is so peaceful at this house, yet close to all the things we love on the Monterey Peninsula! We managed our own vacation home in Carmel for 20 plus years but love the peace and birdwatching and views at this home even more!
