I'm 58 years old living in Chester, England. My wife and I live and work in the UK and own this Condo as a vacation home. We intend using it from 2 - 6 months per year depending upon rental demand and our own workload. We have a trusted local home watch company who manages cleaning, repairs, and any other requirements that are required by our renters that we can not provide from the UK.
