My wife and I are retired and the proud Grandparents of four grandaughters. We purchased our home because of our love for Ocean City and the family-friendly atmosphere. We clean and maintain the home ourselves and take great pride in preparing it each week as if we were having our family stay. The only things you need to bring are your bed linens and towels (there is lined rental available on the island), your food and your beach or recreational supplies. Our home is quite often rented by extended families or multiple family units. We have a very nice third floor which can be rented should your group be greater than 13.
