I am organising an international food festival called Savour Jamaica as I am passionate about my country and food. I have lived in England, Jamaica and France but I love living in Brooklyn because the people are friendly and there are countless eateries. I love to cook (you can check out my blog, The Yummy Truth), travel and read memoirs. Other than Jamaican cuisine I have a soft spot for pasta and foie gras, my favourite wine is a German Riesling, so if you need any advice on where to dine in Brooklyn or Manhattan I'd be happy to help.

I have travelled quite extensively and I appreciate that meeting great people, seeing interesting things that you can't find in tourist books and eating great food contributes to an memorable holiday, which I know you can experience while staying at my home.
