Hello,
We are Mark & Jeanne Arsenault and we hail from the Boston Metropolitan area, where we live, work and enjoy our children and grandchildren. Mark runs a construction company and I operate a home-based travel agency, so when it comes to fine accommodations, you can bet we're finicky.

Now that our children are grown, we were able to follow our dream of owning a home in paradise, Mark imagined us living on a lake someday and I always dreamed of an island lifestyle. At Falling Waters, we have found it all. When we relax on the lanai, enjoying the sites and sounds of the lake and lush tropical island that floats right in the middle of it all, we have the feeling of complete contentment and joy. We are happy to share those sites, sounds and feelings with our guests.

Once we purchased the condo in Dec 2012, we made dramatic upgrades to the flooring, furnishings, and decor, giving it a fresh, new look, which reflects our transitional taste. We know you will find it to be as comfortable as we do and we look forward to welcoming you to our slice of paradise.
