The villa (Quinta dos Almarjoes) has belonged to my family since it was built in 1968 and it’s the place where I grew up and call ‘home’.

However, since 2006, the villa and gardens have changed almost beyond recognition as it’s been developed by my husband and I as unique holiday destination. Whilst the villa has changed the location remains the same; unspoilt, tranquil and traditionally Portuguese.
