I am a retired Corporate Secretary having worked 47years in corporate world. I have two apartments for rent, one of them being a studio apartment and the the other an efficiency apartment. Both are fully furnished. I would prefer to rent them on a monthly basis. The studio apartment has all the conveniences. The efficiency is fully furnished with all conveniences. This also has an enclosed patio. Maid service as well as utilities are charged separately. Car park is not available but the neighourhood is peaceful and two cars can be partked comofrtably in front of the property.We offer a family, comfortable ambiance and good hospitality. The great house is open to our guests where utmost hospitality will be offered.,
