Our family built this villa to accommodate all four children and their families as well as our various dogs. Situated on the eastern border between Dutch/French Saint Maarten we are located in an area developed for villas. We avoid the extremely tourist areas without losing any convenience. Just 10 minutes from Phillipsburg everything we need is nearby. The French side has great restaurants and excellent convenience stores; French baguettes, croissants and pain au chocolate every morning. We have the splendid privilege to enjoy Saint Maarten and some of the best beaches in the Caribbean!
