My wife Marcy handles everything, regarding the lake house in Eufaula. We live in Arizona and she goes back there often to make certain everything is well maintained. We have two relatives that live less than a block from the house and check on it often. Marcy also has a cleaning lady that comes by and cleans often. It is completely furnished, even with emergency shampoo, soap, etc. for those that may forget theirs.
