My entire family are native Houstonians and lifelong visitors to Galveston Island. We had tried for years to find the right spot for us in Galveston. We discovered and fell in love with Pointe West in 2007, but the home prices were too steep. Then in late 2009 Pointe West prices came back to Earth. We found Kathy's Kottage in March 2010. It was still brand new and had never been occupied!
