My husband Narinder and I have owned our condo for the past ten years. We have maintained the condo and its furnishings to a very high standard. We have a maintenance person who looks after our property every week when we are not there. The Condo is fully furnished with every household item and mod cons and is a home away from home. The Condo Association is very helpful and the condo is within a gated community and is very safe for all - especially children. The property is restricted to a monthly rental only in order to maintain its description as a residential property and not as a per night hotel. This has ensured that the condo has maintained its integrity and standard of cleaniless and the amenities are up to date.
