Ann Letendre

The house is owned by the six children who were raised in this home. I am the oldest and I manage the rental of the property. The income enables us to keep this cherished place in our family. We refurbished the house in 2008 and have been renting it since that time to travelers coming to enjoy the many cultural attractions in our beautiful Berkshires. My husband and I are a retired professional couple, with 10 grandchildren. We have had many years experience renting a second home, and a good understanding of the needs of traveling individuals and families, especially the small touches that make a rental house feel like home.
