About the owner: We own three vacation properties. (1) Pelicans Landing unit 110, Myrtle Beach, SC beach condo since new -- 31 years ago. (2) Aberdeen Country Club unit 20H, Longs, SC golf and lake condo outside Myrtle Beach, SC -- for 18 years. (3) Jefferson Landing Club -- Jeremys Lodge Fireside Suite unit 101, Jefferson, NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains on the New River -- for 8 years.
Our adult children grew up with vacations here and now their children are reaping the benefits today as well. Now we enjoy our vacations with our children and grandchildren. We are retired and enjoy family get togethers, traveling and golfing. . We also live in North Carolina. Another good reason to own these NC & SC vacation properties. I am also close enought to visit them frequently for maintenance and detailing. A lot of owners don't have that ability since they are working and live too far away.
