The Mouses House is Wayne's life and passion since purchasing the retreat in October 2004. He is very proud to welcome each and every guest to the Mouses House to experience the magic of our rainforest. As your host, Wayne loves talking to everyone and is very knowledgeable about Springbrook and what it has to offer. Wayne is happily married to his wife of 20 years Christine and has two beautiful children Nicholas and Jessica.
Born and raised on the south side of Brisbane, Wayne's working life in the hospitality industry started over 25 years ago as an apprentice chef. Having worked in Europe for 10 years as Head Chef in a number of restaurants and hotels, family drew him back to Australia in 2000 to start his first business - Manager/owner of a retirement village in Logan, south of Brisbane. We sold after 4 years to purchase The Mouses House Retreat.
