We both spent part of our childhood in France: Nice and Paris respectively. We chose this wonderful spot because it encapsulates some of the best France has to offer: weather, food, sights, culture, not to mention the lovely people of the Arrière Pays. The house itself has a wonderful sense of space and the views are so soothing. It is rural and charming while a stone's throw away from the glitz and glamour of the Cote d'Azur.
We are very lucky to have Minoustan. We hop over for a weekend, just the two of us or entertain house-fulls of friends and family for weeks on end. And every time, it is exciting and rejuvenating and always moreish. The area is so rich and diverse that almost every taste is catered for all year round. Our grand-mothers have fallen in love with it as well as our teenage children and their hoards of friends.
