We've owned and enjoyed this house since 1996, refurbishing it while maintaining its historic importance. A very well known duck decoy carver -- Miles Hancock -- lived in this house for nearly 50 years. We restored the picket fence that he carved. A photo of him in front of the fence is in the new town park along the water near the old bridge.
