We love our country, province and city- and love to welcome visitors. We travel a lot ourselves, and we know what it’s like to be impressed or disappointed with accommodations. We have created a welcoming, comfortable, clean place where visitors will feel at home. We are the type of travelers who want to be surrounded by locals and to get the feel of the place we are visiting and what it might be like to live there. We don’t want to jump off a tour bus, have our picture taken beside a Totem pole, then get on the bus to the next photo op. We want to understand the Totem Pole- who carved it, and where are they? What does it mean? How did it end up in Stanley Park? If you are our kind of traveler, Strathcozy is you kind of place. One thing we really hate about travel- places that raise their rates during busy times. What’s that about? We will never do that.
