Aloha! I have been an owner at the Royal Kahana Resort since the late 80s. My husband and I met at the Annual Homeowners Meetings in June of 2003. He owned 4 RK condos and I owned 2 for a total of 6 between us. During the Housing Crisis, we bought 2 more condos at the Royal Kahana Resort for a total of 8. Yes, we own 8 condos at the Royal Kahana Resort in Maui Hi. We rent out 7 of them and keep the other one for ourselves. We spend between 4 and 5 months a year at our favorite Hawaiian Resort, the Royal Kahana, now that I am retired after 35 years of teaching High School in Southern California. My husband was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska and retired from the Grocery business in Alaska.
A Southern California Lady meets a Man from Alaska in the Tropical Paradise of Maui. Quite the love story! And, we are living happily ever after!
