I'm 40 years old living in Tampa, Florida. My husband and I purchased our "Love Nest" in 2012 as a step towards our retirement. We currently live and work in Tampa and our plans are to retire on Anna Maria in the future. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our properties is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
