We enjoy sharing our beautiful vacation properties with others.

In April 2016, we acquired a new property in beautiful, coastal, Bodega Bay, California, an hour's drive north from San Francisco. This charming, 2 bedroom, two bath home has spectacular, unobstructed ocean, harbor, and bay views. It is located in the private and exclusive Bodega Harbour subdivision among many million dollar homes. Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking Doran State Beach Park and its surrounding wild lands. We are just a couple of minutes from our oceanfront golf course, The Links at Bodega Harbour. For a wonderful California vacation, where the spectacular northern California coastline meets the Sonoma County wine country, we offer this home to our guests for the best price you will find in such a spectacular, coastal location.

We also love Kona, Hawaii, and also want to share it with others. Kona, where both our condo, and our timeshare, are located, is Hawaii at its best. Over the past 28 years, I have spent time on all the major Hawaiian Islands, but there is no place like Kona. Several Hawaiian kings lived here in Keauhou area, a stone's throw from our condo, long before Western explorers such as Captain Cook arrived. With all of its beauty, its warm, clear waters filled with brightly colored tropical fish and abundant sea turtles, and its perfect weather, I understand why King Kamehameha and his royal relatives for several generations chose this place for their permanent residences. Truly, everyday here is just another day in Paradise!

We also own a month's time share in Kona town proper at the Kona Billfisher on Alii Drive (a few miles north of our Keauhou condo) and rent it out too, but it is only available two months a year, from June 15 to July 13 and July 15 to August 13 (it is also listed on Flip Key, if you are interested in that one which sleeps 4). It is half the size (and half the price) of our condo at Keauhou Palena, and again, it is only available two months per year, but it fits the budget-minded bargain hunter who can come to Kona in the summer. Our ocean golf course condo in the Keauhou area is available year round (please check Flip Key calendar for specific dates available).
