We are an Australian and Hong Kong couple living in Thailand. We are very experienced in the rental and holiday property business on Koh Lanta. Golden Pool Villas is now our third development/establishment in Koh Lanta. We have previously designed, built and managed the Ancient Realm Resort & Spa for seven years at Klong Dao Beach, also designed and built the new Ancient Realm Resort at Kantiang Bay, and helped to create Kantiang Oasis Resort & Spa for the new partners. We bring reliability, safety and peace of mind, with construction, maintenance and management experience. We can also offer high standards of service and guest satisfaction to all those that wish to stay in any of the properties that we manage. We remain on site for most of the year, and can be contacted at any time, day or night by Phone, Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Line, iMessage etc. All of our properties are fully furnished beyond normal standards, and decorated and designed uniquely. We are proud to say that we can offer a one of a kind stay in Lanta, and our property will tick all the right boxes...
