I am the owner and Farm Girl at Lahaina Animal Farm & Guest Ranch. I've lived on Maui for nearly 30 years, and absolutely LOVE it! I have lived in many towns on this island, and I have found that where my property is located is the sweetest part of the island by far. I can paddle board in the morning, hike in the afternoon and enjoy a relaxing soak in my tub watching the sunset. If it's whale season then that's a bonus! I personally check my guests in, and show them around the house & property. Farm life in Maui, can it get much better?
