My husband and I bought Hobbit Hollow to eventually retire to, love it and use it for family get togethers ourselves, and are enjoying sharing it as a vacation rental. I have great local people to help out if needed, and my son lives nearby in Greenfield. Email makes communication with me while you are there easy and fast. You will feel a complete sense of privacy, but assistance is always close by if needed.
