I have been renting my properites for the past 10 years, recently purchased a condo in Florida where we hope to spend winters. I use my rental income to help offset my costs and make improvements. I love the off season in Maine, our cabin is less than a mile from the ocean, and a great place to visit in spring, summer and fall. All of my properties are furnished as though I would live there, nice pictures, decorations and upgrades you usually don't find in a rental property. I have met many interesting people over the years and acquired many new friends. I love to travel and have used Flip Key to rent properties all over the world, last trip was a fabulous trip to Turkey, one of my favorites was Menton, France on the French Rivera, and then there was Venice also a favorite. Love to be by the water and Maine is the place to be in the USA Just returned from Africa, a trip of a lifetime
