We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. The Orchard House is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
This is our rustic seven room Guest House in a rural, bucolic area of Patrick County, Virginia - with a spectacular view of Bull Mountain! The Orchard House sleeps as many as six in two rooms upstairs, has a full kitchen, a new bath and laundry, and is handicapped accessible. A downstairs bed is available next to the bath for those who don't negotiate the stairs.
Camper, tent or RV parking spot has water, power and sewer hookup.

Located less than 30 easy-drive minutes from Martinsville Speedway NASCAR Races...and yet peaceful and private on your return. Easy access to Floyd Fest, The Beach Music Festival, Wayside Bluegrass Festival, The Patrick County Peach Festival, Virginia's Covered Bridges Festival.
