This is one of a handful of Pender waterfront properties that were first inhabitated by settlers around 12 decades ago. Our family built the orginal house in the 1880s. That dwelling survivied until the mid-60's when it was replaced with the Pan Abode log home that exists today. Over the years ownership changed hands a few times, but it's been in our immediate family for over 6o years now. We're in our 9th year of sharing the property with others via vacation rentals. We are a private party with a single rental property, hence there are no lodging taxes or HST. We take pride in both the natural wonders of the property and the physical amenities that we offer to make guests comfortable. The experience of spending time at this location speaks for itself via many repeat clients and volumes of positive comments. It's a magical spot!
