About this Rental Manager

Thank you for considering Sunset Properties as host for your family's next vacation here on the islands of Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, NC.

Our company was founded in 1988, and has grown over the years to become one of the area's largest rental management company and real estate sales operations.

The company manages approximately 440 homes for short-term vacations. Today we have more than 20 full-time employees working with us.


We hope our best feature is our customer service. Each of our staff members wants to make sure that your stay while on the island has everything to do with relaxing. Whether by playing in the sand and water or simply reading a book on the deck, we hope you'll have little concern about items around the house itself. And if something comes up, our staff will tackle it as quickly as possible.

As part of our services, we do provide real estate sales for both buyers and sellers on the island. You can view all of the current homes on the island that are for sale on our sales page on our websites. Feel free to call us with specific questions that we can help you with in that area.
