My husband and I live on Vancouver Island in Canada for six months of the year, the other six months: November to April we live in Puerto Aventuras. We would like to rent our our PA Condo from May to October while we are back in Canada. We love our Condo and our time here in PA. We make sure our condo is clean and well maintained. We have a property manager who will make sure our unit is looked after in our absence. Our property manager will arrange to let you in and give you a key. She can be contacted if you need anything for the condo during your stay. If you have any problems, if something doesn't work, anything...you can contact her. Send us an email on anything of concern and we will follow up and make sure it is looked after. We allow small, well behaved dogs or cats. Maximum 2. Pets must be on Program or other flea control. Pet owners will be responsible for walking and picking up after their pets.
