Im 48 years old and I live in Lexington ky. I have been coming to Lake Cumberland since I was very young. I love the fishing and boating this lake has to offer. In 2005 I purchased this land with the intent to build a subdivision. With the downturn in the housing and the lowering of the lake level I decided to wait on the subdivision. Since that time I have fallen in love with the land and the privacy it affords me. The subdivision may have to wait!
I like other people coming and enjoying the property as I do. Some people bring their own ATV's and others rent them from me. I have a storage shed on site so the ATV's are there if you need to rent one. I have a property manager (email: hidden)s very close and can take care of anything my guests need. I handle all of the bookings myself and I am happy to work with you on anything you might need.
