My husband Aidan and I live in Co Cork Ireland. we were bowled over by the beauty of Budapest on our first visit and in 2004 we were lucky enough to buy our first apartment there (Elegance in the Heart) which is a very large three bedroom apartment literally a few steps from the most famous shopping street Vaci Utca. We use it as our holiday home and visit several times each year.
In 2006 we were delighted to find the real gem that we now call the Danube View apartment. Both apartments gave us the creative opportunity to restore and modernise what are truly wonderful spaces which I loved doing. They also provided a place to hang my art, which is my other hobby. When thinking of relaxation though it is hard to compete with sitting at that dining table with glass in hand and watching the boats go under those famous Danube bridges. We believe some things are so good they are meant to be shared!
