Hi: I'm Jim and I was born in California and have lived in Europe for almost 20 years now. Hello I'm Catherine. I was born in Nimes. We moved here over two years ago for the culture, beauty and the lovely people that are the Italians. We're dedicated to living with the least possible impact on the environment and so are doing a lot to have a completely sustainable farm producing organic olive oil and red and white wine. And we're also producing hot water and electricity for the house from the sun. We'd love to show you how we do it all. And we can put you in touch with much of the local artistic and culinary culture too. That includes the amazing work of local alabaster craftsmen and an organic association of local farmers.
Also a big part of life here is the amazing beauty of the Tuscan landscape and its coastal regions. There are amazing day walks to do as there are very nice places to swim. It's fantastic here. As good as anything we've seen before.
