I am 64 years old and retired in Las Vegas, Nevada. My wife, family and I travel to both locations every year. We have extra weeks to rent at our Mexico time share when the rest of our family does not come or use at other times.
The Brian Head, Utah property is our personal mountain vacation home and have only recently rented it to others to cover some of our expenses of owning when we are not there. If you are interested in owning this Utah mountain property, we would look at any reasonable offers. We are the original owners of this custom built mountain home.
