My sister and her husband Wayne live in Carlsbad My husband and I live in Northern California -and together we all own 5 beach properties some of which we have had as a rental for more than 20 years .. We are responsive to any of our renters needs. Linda and Wayne are local, they deal personally with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished, extremely clean and meticulously maintained ..and each has all the amenities of home! We have a permanent cleaning and concierge service, professional laundry service and licensed general contractor as our team members.

We can cater to families - with the valued extras like booster seats - umbrella strollers, packnplay portable cribs - step stools for the sink - toys, games, books, videos that are age appropriate. We want your vacation to be easy - memorable and fun.

Our beach equipment can range from beach cruisers - to the beach caddy on wheels with an ice chest - couple of beach chairs - towels and umbrella. Just pack your sunscreen and hat!
