We love to travel, garden, movies, eating out, and entertaining at home! We live in the upper level apartment in a duplex located in the St. Leonard area of Montreal. The lower level studio apartment is the one which is for rent, and since we are on site, there is always someone available to deal with all guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. This is a residential property, and we take pride in keeping the apartment super clean, and are responsive to any of our renters needs. The apartment has it's own entrance, and is totally private, and is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
