Diane's parents bought on LBI over 35 years ago. My wife and I procrastinated for many years about buying on LBI. Her sister and nephew also own on the island. We believe that LBI is the finest family shore destination in New Jersey. We have vacationers that come from all over the US[NJ,PA,CT,MD,NY,VA,CA,CO,TX,VT,NH,DE,NC,IL,ME,MA,OH,etc.] including Canada, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland. The oceanfront properties require a lot of upkeep but we enjoy it.
