My wife and I started to rent our properties in 2006. We both studied abroad and speak four languages. We take pride of our properties as well of the work we put in this business. Our apartments and all furnished and with amenities. In the rental price we include utilities, taxes, building expenses, WiFi, cable TV, maid service once a week, change of sheets and towels and fixed phone. Parking available upon request.
My wife takes also care of tours by locals and we enjoy giving advices and being helpful to our guests.
At check in we take care of showing the apartment, explaining all technical details and giving all our contact information so that guests are able to reach us if they need to do so.
All apartments are very well maintained. Contact us and enjoy your vacation.
