I'm 68 years old living in Green Valley. My wife and I live and work right near our villa that we rent out yearly or in the high season of Dec through April. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. This villa is fully furnished and have most of the amenities of home! The swimming pool is very close.
