Mary Ann and I live in California. We have five children, four spouses and nine grand children. We own many weeks because our children and theirs love visiting Mexico with us. Our family has been visiting Mexico since 1999, and the grand children have been safely vacationing at Vidanta's property in Nuevo Vallarta since they were babies.

We invite guests to enjoy the wonderful benefits we have to offer. Access through our ownership at the Grand Luxxe Residence Club provides you, our guest, with wonderful privileges and access to a full range of possibilities. They include:

* The Estates - a brand new division where luxury and exclusivity join hand in hand. Reservations must be made a year in advance because of limited availability.

* Four Bedroom Residences at the Grand Luxxe Residence Club - 5,700 SF of luxury and stunning views.

* Loft Residences at the Grand Luxxe Residence Club - two story, breathtakingly beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

* Exclusive Presidential Master Villas in the Punta Tower - 1 and 2 bedroom units that when combined make up a Presidential Master Villa.

* Grand Luxxe SPA Tower Suites - 2 and 3 bedroom units on the fifth floor and above Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta and a separate building in Vidanta Riviera Maya.

* Grand Luxxe Villas and Suites - 1 bedroom suites which when combined with lock-off companions make lovely and spacious 2 bedroom units.

* Grand Bliss Suites - 1 bedroom suites which when combined with lock-off companions make lovely and spacious 2 bedroom units.

* Grand Mayan Suites - 1 bedroom suites which when combined with lock-off companions make lovely and spacious 2 bedroom units.

* Mayan Palace Suites- 1 bedroom suites which when combined with lock-off companions make lovely and spacious 2 bedroom units.

Please note - all the names listed above are owned by Grupo Vidanta, the developer of the 7 beachside locations of our accommodations in Mexico.

Reservation availability may vary. We have the ability to request RESERVATIONS IN THE MAYAN PALACE, GRAND MAYAN, GRAND BLISS AND GRAND LUXXE VILLAS AND SUITES FOR SEVEN DAY INTERVALS THAT BEGIN ANY DAY OF THE WEEK during he months from May through October. Contact us any time to determine availability.

Reservations during the months of November through April are in higher demand, so, it is preferable to make reservations a year in advance to reserve preferred vacation intervals. Rental intervals during these months are periods of seven days that begin on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.

Resorts are located on beachside properties in seven cities in Mexico. Acapulco, Nuevo Vallarta and Playa Paraiso Riviera Maya offer multiple resorts on single properties. Single resorts are located in La Jolla de Cortes (Puerto Penasco), Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and San Jose del Cabo. We have access to all of them.

We accept payment through FlipKey, PayPal and directly from guests. Our cancellation policy is strict. We provide you with ownership of a reservation, and it is owned by the guest once payment clears.
