Hello...Thank you for visiting our listings. I am American from Florida and was in real estate and development /design for new projects for 25 years. I moved to Cuenca with my daughters in 2010. I started with just one unit and now have 6. I love meeting new guests and most leave as our friends and return. We have a good time together. I want to make sure our guests have a comfortable unit and that they are of high standards and very clean. I do most of it myself. The bedding is important to me. I bring all my linens from the states and you will not find many units with the high quality we offer. I provide a manual in every unit with all the details of Cuenca. I live very close to the units and available all the time. I do not just hand you the keys and you are your own. I also provide assistance in relocation and long term rentals.
