In 2012 we bought a beautiful house on Tibushi in Aruba with the purpose to spend our vacations there and the remaining time to rent it. Our Villa Barbulete is built in a small, quied and safe residence named Tibushi and very close to the sea, the highrise hotel zone and a lot of restaurants.

We are Ruud (54) and Truus (52), Nikki (25), Kelly (23) and Demi (12). Before leaving to Aruba we lived as family all together in the Netherlands in a place called Elst (between Arnhem and Nijmegen).

In 2013 we decided to leave the Netherlands and to live in Aruba. We are living somewhere else and continue the rental of our own "Villa Barbulete". We have own company "Direct Insurance Aruba NV" and it will be active with Real Estate Property Management, Rental and sale.

Our service starts after arriving in Aruba. We pick up all of you at the airport and take you to our "Villa Barbulête". Before coming to Aruba we can on request arrange a rental car that is waiting for you by the house. We have a car for rent (a/c and automatic) that you can rent cheap)

We also provide a snack and drink in the fridge. Within 20 / 25 minutes after getting the luggage on the airport you will be in your "Villa Barbulete" enjoying the first cold drink where normally you need all that time to pick up a (often expensive) rental car and after that driving by yourself searching the right place and house with a empty fridge. We have a car available for our guests with a very low rental price!

After arriving we will give the first and most important information before we leave. The next morning we come back to give a detailled explanation about inside and outside thehouse, the neighborhood, the places from the better supermarkets nearby, things to do on the Island and the water and everything else what is important to know or you want to know. Normally you must read the book in the house and find out all these things but that's certainly not our way of doing it. our way is to do it personally. We will give you our phonenumber(-s) so you can contact us for questions or other things all the time and for important things 24 hours.
