I'm retired from work. My wife and I live irst floor of the villa,; the apartment we rent is on the ground floor. The prices above expressed are meant for each room of the B&B.ry summer. We are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
