I have lived in Boulder since 1979 and married a native so I would never need to leave. We have been doing vacation rentals for the last 4 years. My husband and I are empty-nesters now and this has been our creative solution to keeping our over-sized home.

We would love to share this charming 1901 Victorian Painted Lady with you. Once you are moved in, you won't be seeing us much. We like our privacy and we respect yours, too.
