This house was not buit keeping renting option in mind. It was built with a lot of care, love and everything is highly crafted custom made. All appliances are very high end. Unprecedented view of Pacific ocean and the natural surrounding scenarios. Very private and tranquil place with no houses around. Owner is encouraging the guests who is willing to have a wonderful enjoyable vacation at the pacific coast and at the same time will enjoy a luxurious lodging. Owner is confident, this would be one of the most memorable coastal vacations for the guest.

For me, professional life at the city is very hectic and somewhat stressful. Every time, I stay in this place, I feel relaxed. I take a morning and afternoon walk at the beach with my family or sometime on my own. Watching the relentless ocean waves from the comfort of my couch with a hot cup of cofee in the morning, is very relaxing for me. Feels like, my blood pressure comes down by few 10s and I get rejuvenated.
