I live on premise and I work as an RN. This is a quiet property, our guests in peak season are retirees (snow birds) from up north. In the off season our guests are often families with children. I take pride in my property and I am responsive to all of the renters needs. I deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. The unit is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
