Mark J. Abrams

Born in 1953, I finally learned to in 1975. I fell in love with Mammoth and vowed to own my own place there some day. As a youngster, I was fascinated with electronics and studied it all the time. At age 14, I started washing dishes to support my hobby. Soon thereafter, I became a baker to support my hobby while going to school full time. Upon graduation from high school, I started installing and repairing car telephones long before cellular telephones. Soon thereafter, I changed to 2-way radios. At age 21, I started my own 2-way radio company selling and servicing 2-way radios. To this day, I am still running the same operation and love what I do. The only unfortunate aspect is that I have not figured out how to do it in Mammoth and make enough money to live in Mammoth full time.
