I am a single parent, 59yrs old, retired from employment and living with my adult son & daughter within the same location as my apartments. My daughter 23 is employed and my son 21 is attending university. My income is derived from renting out these apartments. We provide both long and short term rental including cleaning charges. For long term of more than one month, electricity is purchased by tenant at very reasonable rates. My apartments are fully furnished with some basic utensils, washing machine, fridge, gas cooker etc. I extend personalised attention to my tenants and I have very reliable cleaning staff who can be asked to assist you with any extra requirements you may have like help with washing and ironing your clothes, washing your dishes, etc at a minimal fee. We look forward to hosting you at Nabacwa Apartments. Uganda is a very beautiful country and very safe. I have attached a photo of myself and another at the Grand Canyon when I visited my first born daughter in USA.
