We are lifetime residents of Carlsbad/Oceanside having graduated from USC and UCSD - bought our homes here - raised our families here. We love the beach - and all it has to offer. We live just 5 miles away.

We walk to everything - work out in the fitness center - enjoy the pools year round and two years ago we had the uniquely wonderful experience of hosting our oldest daughter's wedding on the grounds - in what was a spectacular October wedding.
